After downloading, fill it and then submit it to your nearest Agriculture Extension Office. Your registration will be completed. Punjab Green Tractor Scheme Eligibility Criteria
To apply for Phase 3, you must meet the following:
- Permanent resident of Punjab
- Valid CNIC
- Ownership of 5 acres or more agricultural land in your own name
Who Is Not Eligible?
- Kissan Card defaulters
- Farmers who already received tractors in Phase 1 or Phase 2
- Landholding less than 5 acres
- Non-residents of Punjab

Step 1: Fill the Application Form
- First you have to go to official website gts.punjab.gov.pk
- There you will see the Green Tractor Scheme Online Registration Form.
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC (without dashes)
- Provide an active mobile number
- Select tractor brand and model
- Accept terms & conditions
- Solve captcha and click Submit
Step 2: OTP Verification
- A 6-digit OTP will be sent via SMS
- Enter the code on the screen
- Click Verify OTP

Farmers whose mouzas are not computerized can:
